Mobile Wallet – Additional Terms

发布于 2025年9月3日

These Mobile Wallet Additional Terms supplement your Cardholder Agreement for use of your OKX Debit Card (“Card”) in Apple Pay or Google Pay (each, a “Mobile Wallet”).

  1. Service relationship. Apple Pay is provided by Apple Inc.; Google Pay is provided by Google LLC. Neither Apple nor Google is the Card issuer or responsible for your Card, the underlying account, or transaction disputes.

  2. Tokenized card credentials. When you add the Card to a Mobile Wallet, a tokenized number is created (Apple: “Device Account Number”; Google: “virtual card number”). We may refuse, suspend, or delete a token at any time (e.g., in cases of suspected fraud, account closure, breach of the Cardholder Agreement, or where required by law or card-scheme rules).

  3. Your device & security. You are solely responsible for securing the Mobile Wallet-enabled device and credentials (e.g., passcode, Touch ID/Face ID, iCloud credentials, Google Account, etc.). If the device is lost, stolen, or compromised, you must remove the Card token from the Mobile Wallet.

  4. Data use. We receive limited token transaction data (such as token identifier, merchant name, amount, and date) and use it only to authorize transactions, manage risk/fraud, and comply with law; we do not share this data for marketing. Aggregated or anonymized analytics may be used to improve services.

  5. Recurring transactions (if offered). If you enable a recurring purchase in Apple Pay, you authorize us to debit your Card until you cancel in the app (Settings → Recurring Buys).

  6. Jurisdiction limits. The Card may not be available for tokenization in countries where crypto-linked cards are restricted. If you relocate, delete the token and re-enroll once your new address is verified and eligible.

  7. No warranty. The Mobile Wallet and tokenized Card are provided “as is” and without warranties; for more information, see your applicable OKX Terms of Service.
