Signed by over 30 collaborators, the document emphasizes Bitcoin’s role as a censorship-resistant system, stating, “Bitcoin can and will be used for use cases not everyone agrees on.” This policy shift has reignited debates within the crypto community about the balance between decentralization and network efficiency.
