OKX USDG Rewards Terms and Conditions US

OKX USDG Rewards is a program offered by the OKX entity on which you are onboarded as a customer (each such entity hereafter referred to as "OKX") under the OKX Terms of Service (the "OKX Terms") or relevant local entity Terms of Service, as applicable.
The within Terms and Conditions ("USDG Rewards Terms") shall supplement the OKX Terms, or relevant local entity Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency of any term or provision set forth in the USDG Rewards Terms with the OKX Terms, such conflict or inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence first to the USDG Rewards Terms.
By accessing the "Rewards" page on the OKX website/app and participating in the OKX USDG Rewards program, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the USDG Rewards Terms and OKX Terms or relevant local entity Terms of Service.
OKX USDG Rewards is an incentive program whereby you earn rewards based on the amount of USDG tokens you hold in your OKX account, subject to applicable conditions ("Rewards"). When you buy USDG, or convert or transfer USDG tokens to your OKX account, and hold those tokens in your OKX account, you will earn Rewards in USDG. You do not earn Rewards solely because you hold USDG tokens. Only those USDG tokens held in your OKX account will be eligible to receive Rewards under the OKX USDG Rewards program.
Your Rewards:

Shall accrue every day and are distributed to your Account weekly around Wednesday (UTC +0).
Will not accrue if your order is not successful.
May be subject to a maximum limit.

Only eligible OKX customers will be able to participate in this Rewards Program. Customers must pass or have previously passed OKX’s advanced identity verification.
USDG invested in trading bots (where such trading bots are offered and permitted in your jurisdiction) shall not be eligible for any Rewards accrual.
All applicable direct or indirect taxes, as well as any fees or additional expenses arising from the acceptance, receipt and use of Rewards under this event, shall be the sole responsibility of the customer. This includes, without limitation, any connection, installation, or service-related charges.
You may opt out of or back into OKX USDG Rewards program at any time.
You understand and agree that Rewards do not represent funds received from Paxos Digital Singapore Pte. Ltd ("Paxos"), do not constitute interest or yield that may be generated by any underlying assets backing the USDG stablecoin, and that you are not entitled to any interest or yield that may be generated by any underlying assets backing the USDG stablecoin from Paxos or OKX. You further understand and agree that Rewards are earned at a rate set by OKX, in its sole and absolute discretion, which may be modified, changed, or discontinued at any time without prior notice, and that such rate may vary based on your location and account type, as determined solely by OKX. Estimates of Rewards or APY published on the OKX website do not represent actual Rewards you receive and which may not reflect compounding. There may be a delay before your Rewards are eligible for transaction validation and earnings of Rewards. We are under no obligation to pay out Rewards. Once paid out, your Rewards remain under your control at all times. OKX will not use your funds without your explicit permission. We reserve the right to modify the Rewards Annual Percentage Yield (APY) and/or discontinue the OKX USDG Rewards program, in our sole and absolute discretion, without prior notice. You understand that it is your responsibility to review the OKX USDG Rewards program updates regularly to stay informed of any changes. USDG is not legal tender. OKX is not a bank or depository institution, and your USDG balance does not constitute a deposit account. The APY offered by OKX are independent of and may not align with prevailing market rates for traditional bank deposit accounts.
This Rewards program is not (i) investment advice or an investment recommendation; (ii) an offer or solicitation, buy or sell crypto/digital assets; or (iii) financial, accounting, legal or tax advice. OKX reserves the right to monitor participant behavior during the event and to disqualify any user it deems to have engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise irregular conduct. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts, using accounts or personal information belonging to others, submitting falsified KYC documentation, manipulating trading volume, engaging in wash trading or self-dealing, repeatedly recycling on-chain funds, participating in reward farming groups, or any other illegal, deceptive, or harmful activities. OKX reserves the right to revoke a participant’s eligibility without prior notice in the event of any such conduct.
OKX reserves the right to interpret the terms and conditions of this promotion as it sees fit. It reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, exclude any participants from this promotion, and/or cancel this promotion without notice.

If there is a discrepancy between the English version of these Terms and Conditions and the translation of other languages version, the English version shall prevail.
