1. Exclusive Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions govern the eligibility and use of TradingView subscription codes distributed by OKX (the "Distributor") to eligible users participating in various OKX campaigns. The OKX campaigns are is governed by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") and are, depending on the specific user, offered by the eligible OKX entity on which you are onboared as a customer under the OKX Terms of Service (“OKX”, “we”, “our”, “us” or “Platform”). By receiving and attempting to redeem a TradingView subscription code, users agree to be bound by these Terms.

1.1. Campaign Period:

The specific validity period for each TradingView coupon code will be communicated individually to the eligible user at the time of code distribution. Users should refer to the communication accompanying their specific code for its validity period.

1.2. Participation Requirements:

To be eligible to receive a TradingView subscription code from OKX, users must:

  • Be a registered OKX user who has completed advanced identity verification.

  • Have successfully participated in a qualifying OKX campaign and met all specific criteria outlined in that campaign's terms and conditions (e.g., specific trading volumes, ranking, or other activities).

  • Ensure your OKX account is fully verified (e.g., KYC completed).

  • Only individual and verified main OKX accounts are eligible. Sub-accounts are not allowed for code distribution or redemption.

1.3. Eligible TradingView Subscriptions:

The specific TradingView plan type (e.g., Essential, Plus, Premium), duration (e.g., 1 month, 3 months, 1 year), and any associated percentage or value discount offered by each coupon code will be clearly communicated to the eligible user at the time of code distribution. Codes are generally applicable for new TradingView subscriptions or for upgrading/extending existing active TradingView plans, subject to TradingView's standard promotional policies.

  • Coupon codes are provided directly by TradingView to OKX (the Distributor) for distribution in specific campaigns.

  • Each code is unique and designated for a single eligible user. Codes will be shared via the "My Rewards" section of your OKX account, email to your registered OKX address, or direct notification within the OKX app.

  • Codes are valid for online redemption on tradingview.com only and typically cannot be used for subscriptions initiated through mobile applications.

  • Campaign codes are non-transferable, cannot be sold, converted into cash, or combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated by TradingView.

  • The specific expiration date for each code will be provided with the code itself. Codes are valid only for redemptions made before this date.

  • After the initial discounted or free period, the TradingView subscription will automatically renew at its regular, non-discounted price. Users are responsible for managing their TradingView subscription and renewal settings directly with TradingView.

  • The applicability of coupon codes, including any geographical restrictions, is determined by TradingView. Users are responsible for ensuring the code is valid in their region. OKX is a third-party distributor and is not responsible for the geographical applicability or regional availability of TradingView's offerings.

  • The use of the TradingView platform and any redeemed subscriptions is subject to TradingView's own Terms of Use and Promo FAQ, which can be found at:

1.5. Reward Conditions:

  • The reward consists solely of the specified TradingView subscription coupon code. No monetary alternative, substitution, or exchange for other services will be offered by the Distributor.

  • To redeem the code, users must navigate to tradingview.com and either sign up for a new account or log into an existing one.

  • Users must select the applicable plan and enter the provided coupon code in the designated "Have a promo code?" field on the TradingView payment page. Subscriptions purchased without entering the code cannot be retroactively included in this offer.

1.6. Reward Details:

  • Codes for eligible users will be distributed by the Distributor as outlined in Section 1.4.

  • If any cancellations, changes, or modifications to a TradingView subscription occur after a code has been applied, the code may be invalidated and cannot be reused.

  • Rewards are personal and intended for the sole use of the designated recipient.

  • All rights pertaining to the TradingView coupon codes, including their terms and conditions, are held by TradingView. The Distributor's role is limited to the distribution of these codes to eligible users as part of its campaigns.

2. General Terms and Conditions

2.1. Acceptance of Terms:

All users who receive and redeem these codes are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions, as well as TradingView's own Terms of Use and policies.

2.2. Account Eligibility:

Only main OKX accounts are eligible for coupon code distribution and redemption. Transactions or activities made using sub-accounts will not be considered unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific campaign terms.

2.3. Code Limit:

Each eligible user can generally receive only one TradingView subscription code per campaign, unless otherwise specified in the individual campaign's terms.

2.4. Fraud Prevention:

OKX reserves the right to monitor all campaign activities and code redemptions to prevent fraudulent behavior, manipulation, or misuse of codes. Users engaging in such actions may be disqualified from current and future promotions and may have their accounts suspended.

2.5. Disclaimer of Advice:

The provision of TradingView coupon codes by OKX does not constitute investment advice, financial advice, or any promise of financial return. Users should conduct their own due diligence.

2.6. Risk Disclaimer:

2.8. Campaign Modification:

OKX reserves the right to unilaterally change the terms, scope, or duration of any campaign, including the conditions for coupon code distribution, without prior notice. TradingView also retains the right to modify its own services, terms, and promotions.

OKX adheres to all applicable local regulations and legal obligations concerning promotional activities and consumer protection. Participants are responsible for adhering to all applicable laws and regulations in their region. Any violation may result in disqualification.

2.10. Third-Party Service Disclaimer:

TradingView is a third-party service provider. OKX is not liable for any technical issues, service interruptions, platform functionality, content, data accuracy, or dissatisfaction arising directly from TradingView's platform or services.

2.11. Support for Code Redemption and Platform Issues:

For any technical or system-related issues encountered during code redemption on the TradingView website, or for any support queries regarding the TradingView platform itself (e.g., account access, features, data), users must contact TradingView's official customer support channels directly. OKX cannot provide direct support for TradingView-specific issues.

2.12. Code Security:

OKX is not responsible for lost, deleted, or misdirected codes once they have been successfully distributed to the eligible user. Users are advised to store their codes securely.

2.13. Personal Use:

Distributed codes are for the personal use of the eligible OKX member only. Use or redemption on behalf of third parties may result in the invalidation of the code and/or disqualification from future campaigns.

2.14. Eligibility Verification:

Users may be required to prove their eligibility for the coupon code. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in exclusion from the promotion.

2.16. Code Forfeiture:

If any cancellation, change, or similar issue arises with a TradingView subscription after a code has been applied, no code refund or replacement will be given by OKX, and users cannot claim any acquired rights to reuse the code.

2.17. Campaign Suspension/Termination:

OKX reserves the right to suspend, terminate, cancel, or modify any campaign, including the distribution of TradingView codes, in the event of suspected misconduct, fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms or specific campaign rules. In such cases, users cannot claim any acquired rights to the codes or related benefits.
